Dog Babysitting Fact #1
Sleeping with an additional six pound dog is really no different that sleeping with one ten pound dog.
Penny isn't used to sleeping in bed, but she's being spoiled at my house. Right now she's lounging on my bed amidst knitted blankets and sheets. They've both been out twice, and Antonio has already had some breakfast and re-burrowed underneath the bed covers. Sleeping through the night was relatively uneventful, except for beastiness of Elliott, the cat, who is not crazy about having another dog in the house.
As promised, here are a few pictures from the bonfire. The first is of (another) pallet burning.... these create some serious heat.
The second is of Jess and Russ' neighbor standing on another burning pallet (do not try this at home). It looks so... so... hellish, don't you think?
