The Making of Lentil Soup
This was my first time... I was a lentil soup virgin (yes, I said it - don't act like you don't know me). The soup was cooking all together for awhile, and now it is cooling a bit. Mom says it tastes better after it has been cooled and reheated, but I had to try it. YUM! I am so proud of myself! (And, of course, I felt the need to document the experience...)

Me too...I already have a great lentil soup recipe from a friend from Iraq (it was his grandmother's), but this looks good too!
