I'm sure it's easier to get a BAWLMER plate in NC than it is in MD
Report him to the State of MD: BAWLMER on a NC plate in Baltimore? Bet he's moved up this way without informing anyone at the MVA, thereby depriving the state of revenue and living off the backs of the tax payers like you and me!
i bet no-one in NC knows what it means.
