I had an initial exam from a chiropractor yesterday. He didn't do an alignment (yet), but he did the exam and said that I have both muscular and skeletal problems in my neck and upper back. Those aren't the words he used - he used medical terms - but that's what he meant. He said it's no surprise that I'm having headaches, and that I'm actually have two kinds of headaches - muscular and skeletal. Fabulous.

I have an appointment scheduled for Monday...
