Fantasy Big Brother All-Stars
So Big Brother 7, also known as Big Brother All-Stars, is in full swing. We are now down to 11 houseguests from the original 14.
I've been teased about liking this show, but from a generation that watched Real World and Road Rules, this is amusing to because because the shows share similarities. Big Brother is a reality show about 14 people in a house that compete in survivor-esque competitions (with far less bug eating) in order to avoid being voted out by other houseguests. The 'big brother' aspect of the show is that there is not a place in the house where the folks are not on camera. There is no sense of privacy, no place to escape from the ever-present eye of the producers or TV viewers; and houseguests are completely shut off from the outside world during the show - no TV, no radio, no phone calls, etc. Oh, and to boot, it's a LIVE show, so instead of it being taped 12 months ago and edited for our viewing pleasure, the game is being played as we speak in a house/sound stage somewhere in California.

Anywho, Richie and I have decided to play out the remainder of the show as a fantasy competition. We each 'drafted' the remaining players, and whoever has the winning houseguest at the end of the season wins $50.
There was an initail draft, as well as post-draft trades. Here is a snapshot of the 'official' roster and rules, complete with signatures and Snay as a witness (he met us out for HH today!).

I couldn't get into it -- but I tried. I think it comes down to two things:
1. I don't like most reality shows to begin with.
2. If you come into the middle of something like that with out understanding all the in-house politics and not knowing who the people are, its almost too confusing to make any sense of.
Maybe BB8 I'll try from the get-go.
you're screwed, i think janelle is the next to go.. she screwed herself.
I know, she totally showed all of her cards. I still have Kaysar and Danielle though!!
I would love to see Kaysar win. He's smart...and hot. Even with a shaved head.
