yeah, i was thinking a tree with the bark peeling off.
Old tree, with a portion of the bark removed by disease or some other "issue." We need to discuss making your RSS feed full-text. I am too lazy to click on through to your posts.

i am going with shingles on a roof peeling off...just to be different than everyone else :)
