Good Lord! That girl is a real menace with her car.
You should maybe take some of these photos to your beat cop... I have a feeling she's causing damage to the cars of others while doing this to hers. I have some contacts if you need help.
You know, we used to have a neighbor who was always claiming that people were smashing into her car, but nobody else seemed to be having that problem. Funnily, she always had a glass of wine in her hand when we saw her. One of your neighbors figured out, after watching her park and get out of her car, he realized that she was driving drunk most of the time. I suspect that's going on here as well.
This girl is ridiculous! I hate to say this, but I am so glad she's on your block and not mine.
She's going to kill somebody.
